Hi, I’m Adria Willis, LCSW — a licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults through life’s challenges. With over ten years of experience in mental health care, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside young people and their families as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and more.

Since opening my private practice in 2020, I’ve created a space where healing feels safe, supportive, and even a little creative. My sessions are often interactive — using art, movement, and sensory-based tools to help clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Beyond the therapy room, I’m committed to growing our local mental health community here in Helena. I provide clinical supervision, mentor emerging therapists, and share my knowledge on the ethical and practical sides of private practice.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of connection and the courage it takes to begin healing. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-researched and effective method for creating real change. I’m also certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and TEAM-CBT, allowing me to tailor support for more complex emotional needs.

If you’re searching for a therapist who leads with authenticity, empathy, and evidence-based care, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
